What would be your ideal sunday?
Mine would be a lay in till about 10, bacon sandwiches, pub for a couple of pints at lunch and watch the footy, home for a big beef roast, laze on the sofa and watch a film, early night.

Get up late. Relax in the sun with a good bottle of wine some cheese and good French bread. Have an early night after someone else has cooked the 18h30 meal.
My ideal sunday would be a nice lie in - not too long or I feel like I'm wasting the day - a walk along the river to Richmond park with the family and back home to a nice roast cooked by the hubby. My actual sundays are usually spent washing, cleaning, sorting out school uniforms and going to Tesco and giving them all my money.
I work 5 over 7 and Sundays off are very rare. My ideal Sunday is getting up around 8.am, going to the local Asda wth my pensioner parents, getting home for ten-ish then spending the rest of the day in and out of sleep.. Sometimes I will have a couple of swigs of Benylin to send me off!! I like to put some DVD on that I have seen umpteen times before, it's sort of comforting.. Sundays are meant for re-charging your batterries, not working!!
I love to batten down the hatches and not answer the door or pick up the phone, listen to music and the radio. I do like roasts but it's me who cooks them so it's a bit of schlepp that I can do without sometimes. Long bath and a glass of wine :)
Under no circumstances do I ever ever ever go near a shop. People who go to B&Q for 'something to do' on Sundays should be shot.
Sunday Mass at 9am..drop my son for Sunday School, visit my Mum & Dad, rush home to cook a special Sunday lunch, get husband to pick up son from Sunday School, lunch, Sunday siesta & an evening family walk to the beach, the mall, the park or just down the road. Sometimes, we watch a family movie..
i love Sundaze..
: )
Light breakfast at 8 am followed by a couple of hours in the gym. Then a cup of coffee when I read the paper. A few hours in the garden and then we eat our Sunday dinner.
Usually along the same lines as yourself. However we've been entertaining family today and I'm knackered just from drinking tea and having a natter.
Must get back on the Sunday booze asap.
How I like to spend them ( chilling out with glass of wine catching up on emails ,playing on here, reading a book and having uninterrupted by child/dog/husband... bath )and how I actually spend them (cleaning up after the family, getting things ready for work, school etc ) are SO different
I would wake up at 8, have a banana with an egg sandwich and nap for 2 hours and watch tv then go to work.
Wake up when I feel like it.
Egg and bacon cooked or me hmm bacon
Lazy sunday afternoon film.
Spend the rest of the day painting at the beach
