Why hasnt CA CPS taken Octomom's baby's into custody yet?
Anyone got information? I just watched Gloria Alred detailing all the neglect of the babies and kids and all the insanity lobbed at the older kids and this psycho's mom. I've seen CPS act faster if there was a marajuana joint in a house. What's taking them so long when it is clear that all her kids are in danger?
Update:Sorry again! I just learned that YA is primarily for kids in grades 5 through 9. It now makes sense. Sorry if this seems tough. It is just a grownup way of protecting kids. You will see when you get there.

This is a big case and they probably want to do everything right by the book. They should be doing that in any case but, unfortunately, they don't. If this neglect is true then it shouldn't be long.
hopefully the goal of CPS is to help the family stay together, as crazy as she seems and stuff, its never pleasant and can be very scary for kids to just be taken out of their home and seperated. i would hate to see that happen and hope that they are able to set up a safe and healthy enviroment for the family to stay together. i also think that the media is grabbing at any little bit of info and blowing it up, who knows what the real story is or whats truly going on for them. its not really our buisness to judge if we are not there seeing it with our own two eyes.
You can not just take someone's child(ren) from them. There has to be abuse or neglect for a child to be removed. Just because Gloria Allred claims that has occured, does not mean it is so.
While everyone thinks that Nadya Suleman is 'psycho' I am wondering why they are not looking at Gloria Allred? She is a money and power hungry control freak.
Just because there is alot of them doesn't mean she's negleting them. They are fine and healthy with their mom and don't need to be separated and dragged off into other families.
