I saw one of these in my green anole's cage. It is about ¾ inches long and is brown. It does not move very fast and there are a few really tiny ones following it. Yes there are crickets in the cage. What is this bug?

It sounds like the larva of the larder beetle.
They are slightly fuzzy, and I am always finding them in cricket cultures. They just make another food item for your Anole.
Almost certainly some sort of larva. My guess would be from a beetle, perhaps a meal worm.
