My daughter loves Elmo's World. I was wanting to get her some other things to watch besides this cause this is all she watches. Ive tried Care bears and the Sunshine Spider movies and she dont want to watch them either. Is there any kid/baby movies that would be good for her to watch. She dont really like the little einsteins either by the way
Update:OK I hate to tell you people. But we are insurance adjusters and she travels with us everyday when we are out of state and we are gone for 6 to 9 hours a day so yes she is going to watch movies while she sits in the carseat for that long.

My twin girls (who are 2) LOVE Mickey Mouse. They have movies that you can get like Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Halloween, Christmas Mickey Mouse Movies (Twice Upon a Christmas is WONDERFUL) and many more to chose from. I think she would LOVE these too. We travel a lot as well so the DVD in the car is a MUST HAVE. Good luck!
My daughter is 19 months and she loves the Wiggles, I found the movie at a yard sale and she is about to wear it out! She has learned so many words and little dances from it, it is hard for me to say her "brain is turning to mush" when I see how much she learns from it. And yes we do read books and we do play with her all the time but she really enjoys the video too. Oh and she doesn't like the baby Einstein videos either!
She is too young for movies. The TV shouldn't be a baby sitter. When she can sit still and entertain herself she could be ready for a movie. 2 to 2 1/2 maybe.
When we go on long car trips we bring a lot of books with pictures and what not. Get Dr. Seuss books and learning books for her age, that would be so much better than a movie. Sit with her in the backseat and enjoy the time.
You don't want to hear this, but she shouldn't be watching anything right now. And even when she turns two the new recommendation is at most 1 hour of screen time a day.
Think about her interests.. if she likes animals (as my 2 1/2 year old certainly does), I have found that animal planet and national geographic shows are very engaging and a lot less likely to turn a child's brain to mush. I, personally, cant stand listening to Elmo or Dora, they make my mind spin with their annoying voices.
All the Baby Einstein DVDs are great. They have ones specially designed for ages 1+ but truly all of the movies are stimulating for babies. The classical music and art is great. They are about 30 minutes in length, so they are perfect for their attention span.
my neice loves dora.
also her older sister liked finding nemo at that age and really any disney movie
especialy musicals.
try the scary kid shows on like disney and nick in thje morning because theyre really colorful so kids like to watch those.

Although, "TV is the devil" for someone under two, sometimes you need a free moment... try my little pony or Dora. :D
