I want to start running for exercise. How long/far should I jog to burn a good amount of calories??
What I am doing is losing weight/ burning off fat eg burning fat and slimming down my thighs and stuff
And then I'll build lean muscle.
What works for you for good weight loss progress etc?

well im suggesting that you run at least 2 miles a day and when you get used to it ou run faster or longer. You should be eating healthy watch you calorie intake and work out at least 3 times a day. and do muscle work out regurly too.
