I would put some cling wrap around the casts incase she does, that way they won't get wet. My cat got attacked by a hawk and was on meds for a few days. she was all messed up. Buy a box of latex gloves. Put them on and use them to help your kitty squat as best she can. Take her weight on your gloved hands and make soothing sounds and praise her. Also, purchase a box of non-alcohol wipes, maybe some with aloe in it, and clean her behind well after each poop.
