You could make most "bulk parts" from it, but you would still need different materials for bearings & wear surfaces etc.
eg. Jet engines are not all titanium, they use different alloys in different parts as different physical properties are needed.
Also, some parts in a car engine need weight, for the inertia to keep the engine running smoothly - even an old mostly-iron engine still needs a flywheel.
In a lot of places it would have no advantage; many parts are OK made from existing aluminium alloys, lasting almost forever, and titanium would not work better; just be more costly.
Now, using titanium for the bodyshell is a different matter - lighter, stronger and better corrosion resistance.
Cars with properly made titanium bodywork & suspension structures could be maintained just about forever.

that would be ok. I would use cast iron sleeves in the cylinders tho.
I wouldn't want a Ti engine. That would be expensive.
Ti galls easily, thus, you run the risk of getting stuck fasteners.
If ti ignites (unlikely for a large mass), the fire is really hard to put out.

Go for it. Build that titanium car engine. Show us that you were right and none of us could see that brilliance.
A dumb question without knowing the basic character of titanium from chemistry and also the basic requirement from car engine.
