How can I avoid getting sick with a house full of sick guys?
I live in a house with six other guys. Four of them are currently sick.Two of them were sick last week and one of the two was around me more than I wanted him to be. The main thing I had for a short while was stuffy nose and slightly irritated throat.
I am afraid because one of the guys coughs and sneezes and blows his nose all over the house without being considerate. What are things I can do to prevent getting sick? I am afraid of even going upstairs because that's where everyone spends the most time and a majority of the household is sick. What are some steps and measures I can take to stay healthy and not catch anything?

Keep your room clean. Wipe it down with clorox wipes or other germ killing cleaners. Clean the common household objects, like door knobs, tv remotes, cabinet doors, things like that. Normal things that people touch every day that never get cleaned, you want to clean them.
Wash your hands regularly with an antibacterial soap. Use hand sanitizer.
Do not touch your face.
Eat healthy foods, get enough sleep, and stay hydrated.

Take a vacation, go to Florida for two weeks.
OR visit your local Clinic for evaluation and treatment if necessary.
Wash your hands thourghly a gazillion times a day. :) take a multi vitamin and an extra vitamin c pill. If you have your own room, spray it down with Lysol disinfectant spray. And stay in that room as much as humanly possible. If you all share a bathroom wipe everything with Lysol wipes. That's about all you can do. Good luck.
