What would happen if cut, cap, and balance would have been separated into 3 bills?
That way the Democrats could reject the cut part right up front. But would have to admit they didn't want to put any caps on spending or balance the budget?

I thought this was already decided. They have no intention of ever agreeing to a balanced budget because it would kill their spending spree....so would a cap on the debt limit.
Next election Americans need to make a decision. Get rid of the Democrats or decide what they are going to din when the US goes Bankrupt.
