I think it's going to give the Conservatives a bit of an edge. The moderates voted out that gang of hers, all that is left are the fanatic progressives/Marxists. That gang really likes her... It will be to the advantage for Conservatives.
Pragmatically speaking Pelosi can measure with the best of them in regards to fund raising. However; as Speaker of the House, her lackluster performance left a bad taste in many of the Democratic and Obama supporter's mouth. Rather than playing ball to insert sanity after the Bush era, Pelosi's focus was on battling wits with President Obama; in a political pissing contest. Time was of essence; and she wasted the opportunity for the first woman to be Speaker, by showing now spin when it really counted. Now its time for her to either remain as US Representative of San Francisco, or leave altogether; allowing another Democratic of stature to be the new Minority Leader in the US House of Representatives. Honestly, the first of the Republicans and Democrats to stop the in-fighting first and settle the natives of their respective party; will have the jump start into 2012 Elections. The prize is set; let's not let the Democrats lose another important election. After all, the Midterm was their to lose; simply by not getting along.
Did you know she passed over 300 bipartisan bills?
She is good for the country.
Nancy Pelosi was arguably the most effective Speaker of the House in the last 100 years.
She is a good woman who never loses sight of what is important, such as working to get Americans jobs and fix our economy. We don't want her to go away.

Good thing for the GOP, bad thing for lib democraps who have to stand for election in 2012.
Doesn't matter. The key word is "minority". I wonder if she gets to replace her gavel with a plastic squeaky toy hammer from Chuck E Cheese?
Nasty Nancy needs to take a permanent vacation and stop ruining the economy of the United States.
Nancy needs to slither back under the rock she came out from in San Fran and stay there
she is a white anglo saxon...lol... what are you saying ... that white anglo saxons are now the minority....
opt out the democrats in 2012
send a message to the democrats that the slaves are in rebellion
Considering she was amongst the most effective speakers in our history, I say its a good thing.
Republicans will demonize any democrat - but they really went after the first woman speaker (for no actual reason, mind you)
