What kind of tool takes off those weird looking twisted screws from cast iron door?
My screen door is cast iron,60-70s,there are screws that almost look twisted and flat head shaped in the middle, what kind of tool removes them from the frame?
The screws are called tamper proof security screws, of which there are several different styles. Your description sounds like the "one way" security screw and they can be removed with a special "un-do-it one way" screwdriver, by filing or hacksawing a slot in the head, or by drilling them out.

Go to Home Depot and ask for the easy-out set for screws. These work real well and will not damage your doors.
