Racism isn't an easily quantifiable measure, especially because it's so subjective and most people wouldn't readily admit it in a poll.

Instead, I suggest you look at hate crime laws in the UK and what percentage of crimes fall under that category.

Quite a lot , some Scots and Welsh people don't like the English & vice versa, some Northerners hate Southerners - don't think its measured in percentages though.

probably around 50%. living in UK, i've witnessed loads of racism towards other people and occasionally towards me. ashamed to say, but i've been racist to other people aswell, (not intending to. i accidently said a racist remark towards a friend of mine). UK has really bad racism problems. probably from uneducated kids who think it's funny.
