What can I do I'm innocent.?
I was arrested and jailed in oct for a bad check.I was arrested on a thursday at 6pm and released Fri at 2pm. I found out today that the chesk that I was arrested for I had taken care of 10 months earlier. As I was locked up the papers did not tell me who put a capius for the bad check however it showed it was over $100..I had to go to work that fri I have never been in trouble and I didnt know what was going on so I plead no contest...They have a lot of fines for me however I'm innocent. I plan on going to the Airforce I cant let this go. What sould I do.

If you made good on the check, generally they won't arrest you. If you have proof of clearing the matter up, simply present that to the prosecution and you should be able to get the charges dismissed. It's possible you settled the amount of the check, but not any penalties,etc, which have been growing along with legal costs. All of those will need to be paid.
