I usually don't wear low cut tops because I have big boobs but today I wore one for the first time - he stared at me literally every time he walked by me and sometimes would throw things in the trash right by me and I felt like he was looking down my shirt but couldn't tell.

He has a girlfriend btw and this other guy doing the exact same thing is MARRIED and I'm half his age so I wouldn't think they would be like that...
