spring water
Whilst holidaying in Spain i stopped off at a bar, had a drink and ordered a tuna baguette. The barmaid sliced the crusty baguette open (it were 12inches long..Honest!). She then opened a can of tuna (in oil) drained the oil, transferred the tuna to the baguette then sliced this enormous fresh tomato and laid it on top......it were gorgeous I'm tellin ya! Mmmmm!
Sunflower oil
i like the ones in a package not the can. I like the sunflower oil, but i think the spring water one is the best one for you.
Tuna in spring water for me its much healthier than brine or oil .
I like to use tuna in spring water, but more often than not it is the tuna in brine.
Tuna in oil is just too oily!
Brine
Spring water is the healthiest for you - Sunflower oil adds un necessary calories even when you have drained it off.
none of the above. only buy fresh or frozen sea tuna. tastes so much better than that in a can. yuk. canned stuff is salted and bad for your heart, too. canned salmon is full of preservatives and salt. i only use it if there is no fresh salmon or thick steaks of ocean-caught salmon or anything else. the food is not inspected anymore. they cut corners and leave it up to the kindness of business owners. yuk!
i like brine, but spring water is probably better for you
sunflower oil is too greasy
Sunflower oil for me especially on a sandwich or baked potato. mmmmmmmm!
