"take my 20 and leave"?
Hiya, could anyone explain what it means when an American cop says "take my 20 and leave", it was said by Carl Ames in a show called "Life" and he was retiring if it helps, I am asking for a friend :)

'my 20', or 'my 10-20', means 'my location'
god knows what the cop in your show meant. Maybe the scriptwriters made a mistake......
