Sometimes I feel my mum exaggerate her illness but I feel bad for thinking that?

my sister also thinks it too, and i think she feels bad also. today, mum had an asthma attack at the markets, we didn't know if we believed her

Even if she did exaggerate a physical illness, that is a symptom of her having a problem for which she needs help. asthma doesn't really show to other people, so it's entirely possible she did- and it's dangerous. Make sure she goes to the doctor and takes her inhalers with her.
