A currency backed by debt is not going to last forever and bailing out corporations who push the limits of high-risk loans won't make them want to stop making high-risk loans. The government should only socialize private losses for industries that would have a major rippling affect on the economy. However; perhaps a compromise of some sort of payback should be required.
