Okay so in California, is it illegal to send texts talking about sex but not talking about doing it or sending any type of pictures? I heard that sending pictures to people your age -if underage- is illegal but is it illegal to send text messages talking about sex with No pictures and not saying that your going to do it. Even thought The SENDER Like the RECIPIENT are the same age - UNDERAGE?
