Okay, so for 4 days I haven't been able to poo. It may have been five days but I wasn't aware of a problem the 1st day. Anyway, I only was able to go a tiny bit because my abdomen hurt pretty bad when I did. It was like a shooting pain. I felt it a bit on my right side. Yesterday I only ate stuff with fiber in it. Like toast and oatmeal but I ate a good amount and still couldn't go. I am on my period now but I've had it for a while (2 years since I was 13) and I've never felt this much pain from it. Also my stomach is pretty cramped when I stand or walk around. When I lay down its fine unless I lay on my left side, then I feel pain. I've also somehow lost weight. Before the problems started I was 5ft3 and weighed 103-104 pounds. When the problems started I weighed myself today and I'm 99pounds. So how could I not crap, and lose weight. It's so weird. I don't want to go to a doctor or gyno, but my mom thinks its the only option. I was wondering what you think would help? Are there any foods and drink that help these things? I'm going to try drinking a little prune juice later. What about V8 smoothie? Just please help. Thanks

Two solutions. Both work fabulously. One easy, one hard.
1. Buy some mineral oil and drink a few tablespoons. Takes about 6 hours to work but will help things start moving. Repeat as needed.
2. Enema. Yes, it sucks, but it doesn't suck as bad as what you're doing now.
One way or another, you have to get cleaned out. Good luck!
Drink plenty of water, and eat plenty of fruit. In fact if you can stand to live on fruit, salads and water for a day or two, you will probably see a difference. Bread is not good when you're constipated.
You could also try taking Lactulose which you would get from a chemist. This will work with the extra water you should be drinking, and will pull the water into your bowel making your poo softer.
Something like Senna may also help (brand name is Senakot) - this will contract your bowels for you and gently squeeze the poo out.
Lastly, if it gets really bad, ask your pharmacy for glycerin suppositories. These you put directly up your back end, and they will flush you out.
Good luck.
the reason you've lost weight is because you are becoming dehydrated. that can be caused from many things. I would have to say to go to a DR. before you cause any permanent damage to your bowels or your lower intestinal tract. always be sure to drink plenty of water with your meals, as it is very helpful to the digestion process.
Drink plenty of water, eat lots of fibrous food like mangoes. try laxatives.it will definitely work. I dont think there is a need to go to a doctor as long as this doesnt continue for sometime.
plenty of prune juice will do the trick, it tastes gross but just drink it down fast. If all else fails then laxatives
