Haha ok I know that sounds really weird but I am dying to know. When I got pregnant, I gained a about 60 pounds, and after having my son, I have retained a good 40-50 of it. I gained weight mostly in my arms, butt, hips, and legs (absolutely NONE in my boobs, which I was expecting to happen, but no). The other place I gained weight is my entire pubic area. I have a fat vagina now and I dont know how to get rid of it. It's not like that pubic bone area has a muscle that I can just work out so I don't know how to target that area. I've been working out and I am starting to see some of the weight coming off but not in my lower area. Has this happened to anyone else and what can I do to get rid of it?

its just like all the other parts of the body. You have to work out. When you workout fat is dropped throughout the body. Some people loose quickly in one area than the other but the fact your working out it will go down. You need to make sure you are working out all parts.. Lots of cardio and mix it up. Start by walking though if you haven't done any working out and make sure you stretch before to get yourself limber. ALSO.. getting into a yoga class or if you have on demand from comcast they have alot of workout videos which are great. I was doing that and it was working especially Jillian Micheals power yoga. You burn more calaories then regular yoga and tone up quick. Anything that is going to get you active is going to help.. Of course.. eating will help. I gained alot of weight with my daughter about 65 pounds and I didn't loose as much as I did with inches. I lost many inches and went down in clothes but I carry more muscles. I work out a lot its a hobbie so it will and can come off but you have to have self control in eating. I have been doing the clean eating and its a life style change but it works. I say find something that is working for you but never stop working out or being active. Put your baby in the stroller and head to the mall and just walk don't stop just keep walking and make sure your getting 30 minutes. I would start by doing 20 minutes first if its been a while since you been active and then in 2 weeks start doing 30 minutes 5 days a week and after another 2 weeks add 10 minutes.. you want to be active at least 5 days a week and you will see a great difference. I hope this helps. You can also get a couple fitness magazines like muscle and fitness hers and oxygen they have good tips to do at home and help show how to do some of the moves. Good luck its a long journey but you can do it and get there.
You don't get rid of it. One of the joys of having a baby...not. All you can do is continue to work out,and some of it may come off,but in short, most women don't lose the weight from "down there" because that area has stretched/gotten larger (not looser, just larger from swelling and giving birth) and the only thing you MAY be able to do to get rid of all of it is to look into plastic surgery.
I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Your vagina is INSIDE your body. Your camel toe is not caused by vagina fat because that is on the OUTSIDE of your body. Stop wearing leggings. You need to exercise to tone more.

You just have to eat right and exercise and you'll lose weight everywhere. Everywhere.
swimming or walking would probably be the best exercise to help with that
