That amount should actually be quite obtainable for a 13 yr old in a month's time. Have you possibly asked your parents how you can EARN the money? You could offer to do some extra chores or home project for which they would pay you. You can also try to hire yourself out to neighbors/friend's parents to do odd jobs, yard work, babysitting, house cleaning.

There's multiple things you could do, depending on your skills. If you're good with kids talk to your parents and see if any of their friends need a babysitter for a few nights. Or set up a pact with your parents, doing odd jobs and housework for money. If you have a lot of things you don't need you could even set up a small garage sale of your stuff.
