If your trying to associate republican values with random quotes I think your way off base. Anyone could do the same with any politician. I don't think we really need to revisit the Carter or Clinton years after all.

What does it matter? It's a true statement. Every once in a while the truth does slip out of a politicians mouth. Hard to believe, but it does happen.
