The first one truly is yours personally to answer. Number two hopefully tells them that you researched their organization and learned as much as you could about them.
3 - You could say that you plan to take notes during your training period. You could ask if you can have hands-on experience with entering data into the computer while your trainer watches. You could study the general ledger print outs and all the other financial reports from the most recent period to see what your part in it is.
4 - You want to be a contributing member of society that is why you work. (Lame, but true.) My opinion is that a good work ethic cannot be taught.
5 - Greatest strength - integrity. Greatest weakness - tend to work too many hours.
6 - Ecstatic because you bring both the accounting skill set needed to do a great job and are a great team player who enjoys his work associates.
