how can i get smaller thighs with excersize and diet please any tips would be good just dont say idk or something like that(i am a girl)
i am a vegitarian
dont eat junk food past 3:00 pm
do sit ups push ups and jack knives
late night snacks should be meat cheese or lowfat yogurt
pinapples burn fat
oranges make you poop
an apple 15 minutes before a big meal will make you poop
drink 8 - 10 cups of water a day
running or sprinting in early morning for 15 minutes is always good for you
and a lil bit of junk in the morning is ok
people may say butter is fattening
but it has so little carbs it hardly counts
there ya go add me if you want more weight loss help
Hey you answered my question correct. Lol, she is brazilian. Oh and also about your question... You can do like squats, and like eat vegatables, and fruits, and a little bit of carbs a day :]
