Hey, i am a student 6ft2 black short hair blue eyes, skinny. i think i am average looking maybee a bit below but i should be able to get a girl rite?

i am not a shy guy but when it comes to girls i can't talk openly with them and i come across as boring because i can't think of much to say, but if i was to talk to a girl i wasn't attracted to i can do that no problem and i would like to know if anyone could give me any help on how to conquer this misterious problem (without alcohol lol) nice1! :)
