As a 50 something guy, I can say that I guess I could see being with some one at the upper end of that range I have 0 interest in a women less than 30 as a social or life partner. We are just too far apart and if she is not at a different point in her life she should be.
Nope, unless you are in amazing shape and look 10-15 yrs younger than your age. You are better off dating someone 5-10 yrs younger. That is too big of a gap. I am 38 and I even find it hard to find men 40-45 attractive. They just look too old. I always attract men 5-10 yrs younger because I look younger.

Your in the realm of dating a woman in her mid to late forties or even someone around your own age or even older that's life. 55 is too old for the 20 sonethings unless you have money. I have known 20 something's to date guys in 40's but never 50 plus
