I only took the pills a few months and have been off for about 4 months. I continud to lose because my appetite had decreased. I eat more now but I also excercise regularly. Yes it can, I used to be a pill popper and stayed at a constant weight of 135-140lbs. Now I'm at a healthy 175-180lbs and rockhard. Army might have someting to do with that though!
