urban decay 24/7 liners eyeliner goes on smoothly and true to color the first time. It doesnt bleed or smudge unless I smudge it myself. Quite nice. I am switching to all Urban Decay products from now on.The 24/7 glide on eyeliner pencil is wonderful! I put it on in the morning before work and at 6:30 it is still fresh and vibrant. Please get the Lust back in stock...it is the most amazing purple!!

Urban Decay is nice if you can afford it but try I forgot what its called either from Maybeline, or Covergirl and you can find it at Target. It comes in a round case like a small eyeshadow but it's a black creamy eyeliner with a brush you can use to apply to your eyes. It's about $7-9 dollars. It's pretty good and lasts all day.

Pencil is kinda hard to get on so I usually use that but also an eye pen (liquid-ish eyeliner) on top. Or if you get an eyeliner crayon from like Covergirl or something that works awesome, tons better than pencil :]

i use to always use khol pencil eyeliner but it find that liquid and gel eye liner are more dramatic and bold and last longer.

Use a kohl eyeliner, they soft and simple to apply. I recommend Bourjois.

the milani liquif-eye eyeliner is supposed to be amazing i want to get it so bad i hope this helps:)
