Once the pups have been weaned and have gone home. Most do it at about 12 weeks after the pups are born.

i would wait till about 4 weeks after the pupies are fully weaned off mama. u for sure cant do it till her milk sacs have dried up. so until pups are completly weaned off of her and her milk sacs dry up. thank you for being a responsible owner and going to get her fixed and doing the right thing =)
