My icons and tool bar keep disappearing
My computer has been jacked up for like 2 months now and the newest disaster is when I start my computer my icons and tool bar won't pop up so I have to go to the windows task manager and do the whole new task explorer.exe and it work but I have to do this every time I start my comp.How do I make my icons stick so I don't have to do this every time?
