I bought Mac studio concealer in nc30 and it matches my skin perfectly but when i tried studio fix fluid in nc30 it looks really light on my skin and the nc35 looks orange!! what should I do??
Update:I don't live in the states and the S.A in my mac counter are just for show! I believe they don't know anything at all! I thought in mac the NCs were for yellow undertone??

It is a common falacy that NC30 is the same in all MAC foundations/products. They do change depending on the type (powder/liquid etc). If the MAC Studio Concealer works perfectly for you then try to find a match for it online rather than just buying more NC30.
Try another brand of concealer but if you HAVE to stay with this brand i would suggest for you to keep the nc30 and maybe get a bronzer to add a little color to your face, dont forget to add some down to your neck so the color looks even.:)
Get NW30 instead. NC is for cool-toned skin (pink undertones) and NW is for warm-toned skin (yellow undertones). NW30 would be a bit darker than NC30.
get a shade match at the mac counter. sometimes the concealers' formulation makes the shade a little off compared to the foundation.
ive had he same problem;) the best thing to do is mix e two foundations. the foundations and concealers were made so they are not the same. the best thing is to get a foundation that is one shade darker than the mac concealers so you can use concealers to sort of briten up rather than for full coverage. hope this helped;)
Well if your not trying to spend money mix them together the ppl at mac stores sometimes give u the wrong kind so u have to b careful just make sure it matches your chest color
When buying foundation or concealer you should ask the people who work there to match it to your skin tone, also its better to have a concealer thats lighter that your skin than darker, maybe thats why it looks orange.
Get it professionally matched / mixed rather for you, or circulate to a dept save and circulate to the countless counters to aim out a number of their suggestions in the previous you shell out any funds. you will in no way get a suited adventure unles you blend professionally, yet, im particularly dwindled skinned and located L'oreal real adventure commencing up in Ivory great because it adjusts to the colour and texture of your epidermis, and if utilized good has in no way as quickly as left me with a seen line. sturdy success x
