Drink water for hydration.
Tea and soda causes the body to lose water which causes dehydration.
Sometimes you have to do what is necessary for health and if you don't like drinking water, get over it. Water shouldn't have any taste to it. It is the added stuff that makes a taste.
Your baby needs that water and so do you. So do it. Drink it and be healthy.
Edema in body
When people suffer from Renal Failure, their kidneys are damaged and their function is failing. They have trouble in producing urine and getting rid of excessive water and other metabolic wastes. The deposition of excess water or fluid in body is called fluid overload, which will elevate blood pressure and burden the workload of heart. If the water content of the body reaches very high levels, swellings will be found in feet, legs and arms. Without treatment, edema might lead to some life-threatening diseases such as heart disease, stroke, pulmonary edema and so on.
Suitable water intake
Therefore, patients with Renal Failure have to care about intake of water or fluid, following their doctors’ advice. Commonly, water intake depends on urine output, severity of edema and blood pressure. Generally speaking, it is good for those patients to take the amount of water less than or equal the urine output of the day before. Smaller cups and glasses are useful to reduce water intake. Besides drinking water directly, some foods rich in water should be controlled such as milk, milk products, gravy, sauces, soups, etc.
Hi there, there are many of us people who don't like water even I have to sometimes just drink it to have some water.Being pregnant can cause you to dislike alot of foods/drinks that you liked before. If you can try and drink water atleast 2 to 3 glass throughout each day that will be good or talk to a doctor on advice what to do.
Switch to gatorade or some sports drink in your country, or buy some powdered sports drink. it tastes much better than water(obviously) and it really helps you to cope up your dehydration. and also dont forget to eat a lot of soup. it will help you out in a long run.
extra: stop using computer for whole day it will contribute to your dehydration because of the radiation.
hope you the best! good luck! i hope it helped you.
TRY mixing crystal light, mio or fresh fruit such as lemon in to give it a kick and make it not seem like water.
