He is in the race to raise awareness of the most important issues. The war, freedom, liberty, national debt, our monetary policy, the way the republicans have gone off coarse and abandoned their party. So long as he is in the race, people may look hip up. The issues he brings up are not mentioned by other candidates.
Ron Paul wont get the nomination (the cards were too stacked against him with the media blackout and all) but he all ready won.
Paul has endorsed about 30 "Liberty Candidates" and his support is moving towards electing them locally.
Ultimately, the media and government does not like the idea of being caged by the constitution. They prefer limitless expansionary powers, and the luxury of being able to print money to fund unpopular wars and programs instead of being required to raise taxes to increase revenue to pay for it. Something the people would never support.
He may run outside the party but it seems that he doesn't want to. But he'll keep going on with his campaign until the end and it's a good thing. He may not win this election but he did a great job spreading the ideas of Libertarianism.
We're more than we were before this campaign and we're going to be more than that after the next.
It doesn't matter if he wins or looses, it doesn't matter if the election is over, it doesn't matter if he's not running anymore. We have to keep talking about freedom and responsibility and stay away from socialist government, regulations, welfare, etc.
He has no chance of winning he should not be wasting the money he is spending on the campain right now.
I beleive the effects of him staying in the race are going to go far beyond this race. I think it is going to cost him his current seat when he is up for elections the next time.
He is coming off as a bit crazy. I think he is hurting himself by staying in. He has already had a chance to voice his opinions and positions on things. Staying in now just makes him look like a fool
Nowhere. He still hasn't gotten double digit votes. For the life of me I don't see what the attraction was for him in the first place. One or two fair ideas isn't enough to win a Presidential campaign much less a general election.

I believe he suspended his national race in order to defend his congressional seat in Texas.

till the end... or to the conventions when the Republican Nominee will be named. I voted for him and will do it again on NOv. 4
Apparently, nowhere. He doesn't "drink the Kool-aid", so I don't think he can even get a V.P. shot
Why people keep asking those guy to quit, did you put them in the race? I think it's not fair to do so.
He's still there but has no chance. I support him.
he fights until the end
