I don't get it! Do they think a camera is a handy storage device that just happens to take pictures? It makes no sense to me.
Update:Okay, so it's not just for storage and showing to friends. I get it now. The wording threw me off when they ask how to get the images back to their camera. I see they mean onto the memory card.

I do that when i edit an image and i want to get it printed somewhere else :)
I have had to do this once. I took some pictures of my friend's dog while I was dog-sitting him and I had a lot of trouble burning them onto a CD. For some reason, my computers did not recognize the disk. To make it easier, I just decided to put them back on my memory card (there was about 30, so they did not take up much space) and let her take them from there. It saved me money because I didn't have to waste a CD for only a few pictures. Also, I don't have any external device, like a flash card, so this is the only thing I can do right now. I need to make a trip to Best Buy soon...
properly if the cameras are the two from the comparable type then you definitely could in simple terms be waiting to connect them and be positive yet that needless to say did not artwork attempt putting the photos on a working laptop or pc then moving them to the different digicam or much greater effectual change the reminiscence enjoying cards in the event that they're digital
For some people it may be the easiest to get the photo to Walmart or wherever for printing. Also, having the photos in the camera can be a handy way of showing them to friends.
If you load them back into your camera they are lighter to carry around that in your computer - even a laptop is heavy and my last 2 only worked for about 5minutes at the beach

That's a good one. And probably one of the main causes of people dropping their friend's camera, too.
I think they do it so they can show their friends the images via rear LCD that all I can figure out, problem is that they don't know it doesn't work.
always want to see it..
