Why do my knees bother me?
Well they started hurting right after football season ended. One time in practice I felt my right knee cap pop. It has been 5 months and both my knees hurt.But that i mean i jump like before and i have done nothing to heal it so its my fault too. Also i'm a 14 year old 6'0 245 pound kid. I kinda think its my weight but I'm not sure.

your weight, would be your best bet. the more heavier you are the more stress, you will put on your knees. it doesn't matter if you are fat, or have alot muscle, same result will happen either way.
