why am i not tired???
ok so i stayed up all night and all day and ive been tired all day long so i thought i could go to sleep early and sleep well and now somehow im not tired anymore help. i have not slept at all the entire day so why am i not tired???

For my experience ,Don't tell yourself to go to bed early on purpose,To let nature take its course.If you really want to sleep then you only go to bed.
You probably had something with caffeine like pop, energy drinks or coffee but only at night because if you only had a morning coffee it wouldn't effect your sleep it would ware off by then.
Could be that you have a lot of caffeine. Some scientist even say that humans don't need to sleep
