I am 13 years old and not really tall. I already eat a lot, and thanks to my metabolism, I don't get fat. But does anyone have a tip for how I can become taller?

Update:I eat very healthy. I don't excercise a lot, but I do every 4 or 5 days.

Eating right will help you grow along with exercise. but its not going to make you tall. getting tall is based off of genetics
i'm 13.5 years old and 5'6.Eat well.Eat foods which are rich in proteins.The most important thing is sleep.Sleep 11-12 hours.I used to eat balanced diet for getting taller last year.no doubt about it.But slept 6-8 hours and didn't get taller.But in holidays i used to sleep almost 12 hours and that was the only time I grew taller.so,eat well,sleep well,exercise well.Remember,daily exercises make you taller.Do exercises which involves jumping.Try to always involve in jumping.I know it's not possible but you don't need to jump with all your force all the time!Just when you're standing,just stand on your toes and get back.In this way give a small jump but don't jump off the ground.this also makes your time pass well.
