what kind of forensic expert would likely be asked to help identify human remains in each of the following conditions?
A)Body decomposing for a day or two
B)Fragmentary remains of a few arm bones and a piece of a jaw
C)A skeleton that is missing a skull
Obviously this is my homework lol. I need an answer for both a, b, and c

A day or two isn't much at all when it comes to decomposition. Any competent medical examiner could work with that, 2 days is just starting to smell in most cases.
I have worked a case where all we had was a few arm bones, half a pelvis, a mandible, and a skull with a couple of teeth. That was a forensic dentist that ID'd the body as that of a woman who had been missing for almost 3 years.
Without the teeth, you require the services of a Forensic Anthropologist to work on an id.
