if i eat 350 calories a day (for say) and then get on the tredmil and burn 350 calories will i lose weight?

yea if i eat 350 calories in one day (not really) and then got on the tredmil the same day and burned 350 calories will i lose weight if i do that every day? :D i'm not really just goin to eat 350cal. a day so dont say anything like thats not healthy cuz i'm just wonderin :P
