I kicked a treadmill with my right foot about 3 weeks ago and the right side of it still has pain. There is no swelling and it does hurt when I push on it with my hand. And if I sit down for a while and get up it usually hurts pretty bad but once I walk around and stuff there is little to no pain. And even running is painless after a few minutes. But if I sit down and get up, it hurts. What is the problem?

Hi
You probably heavily bruised a muscle, might have injured some ligament or bone. When you site down or have a lie down it allows the inflammation chemicals to build up and then when you stand up new blood rushes into the area and flushes away the chemicals.
You need to rest the foot, ice the problem area (wrapped in a cloth for no longer than 7 mins) and take an anti-inflammatory if you are allowed to.
If the problem continues then see a Podiatrist. If it gets better but takes time, then keep on resting it etc.
All the best.
