No. Everyone looks at everyone although the majority of the time I find its guys looking ..ya guys are always checking girls out..every girl in fact ! lol

I dont mind if he looks then looks away, but if he keeps looking I start to think 'what is he thinking? why wont he stop looking?' then I feel uncomfortable..

And most girls dont like someone ugly to be checking them out. It makes us think 'he must think he has a chance with me'' which makes us feel ugly!!

It bothers me. I don't generally like to make eye contact, and if someone is staring at me, I assume they're waiting for me to make eye contact.

It helps, generally, if the person is good looking, but no one likes to be stared at all the time. You may make them think they've got a booger hanging out of their nose.

Doesn't bother me. If they nod or smile, I assume it means they are just a sweet guy, and I usually return the smile. If they wink or whistle, however, I usually give 'em the finger.

sometimes like if i dont know the guy at all i am like why is he just looking at me but most the time if i know someone is looking at me i do goofy things or try to get them to come over to me
