Tips 2 help fall asleep?!10 pts?
well im at my cousins house and im not really used to sleeping here so im a little uncomfortable not bein in my own bed.im havin trouble fallin asleep and getting home sick sooo how can i fall asleep? im the only one awake and im just like idk not used to it here. i have my ipod. any relaxation tips to doze me off to sleep? and no im not going to drink milk or take pills or anything lol k thanks .

Watch T.V closely from a distance of about 1 feet. you can also go for running or jogging. then take a bath watch T.V and in 15 minutes u will be feeling giddy......
Milk actually does help but since you don't want to drink it, try making a dream. Kind of like make a movie in your head... an iPod could help but making my dreams is how I fall asleep! Good Night haha!
just make a playlist of your favorite songs and lay down and look at the ceiling and think about your day. keep your ipod low so it wont be blasting and keep you awake. after a while youll fall asleep to the sound of your music (:

try listening to your ipod and closing your eyes while you lay down.....listen to soft slow beat songs ..hope it helps ..good luck =)
