my moms house has been under construction and everything that can go wrong has right now i want too cry and scream but i cant whats a good way besides a vacation and for you dirty minds out there sex too release some stress ?

your eating is due to comfort eating what you must figure out is what exact is the reason you are eating for and tackle that head on! what you must do in the mean time is to try and substitute your eating for others means to relief stress, such as Exercise, Sex, and other hobbies. if you find that that doesn't help try eating healthy foods rather than sweets and Chocolate!
Sex, as long as its safe...dont want more stress in your life thats for sure...but I agree with some exercise like walking, running. What do you like to do that makes you happy? Do that...and if its sex.....do it...
Sex works, but Exercise of any kind can help too.
