I'm 14 years old and I have these stretch marks behind my knees, I don't know why they are there but they are really annoying. any suggestions on how to get rid of them really quickly?
I would say to try some cocoa butter by Palmers. You can purchase it online or at almost any pharmaceutical store (Rite - Aid, CVS etc). They have a special lotion just for stretch marks that helps to visibly reduce them. If you used to be fat and recently lost some weight that could be the reason or it may be hereditary. Even though you are pretty young at 14, maybe when you get older you can look into getting some surgical intervention to help but be sure to look into it first.
Take some cocoa butter and apply it on your stretch marks and massage this should be done regularly for a few months to see any difference. Egg white and egg white powders are greatly effective in treating stretch marks. Check out http://useinfo-stretchmarks.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
stri vectin does help. you can have them camouflaged with permanent make up- ask an aesthetician or a cosmetic dermatologist. some people report improvement after having extrac, a laser that is really for psoriasis
try cocoa butter..ive heard of that being used to prevent/eliminate stretch marks i dunno how effective it is but its worth a try. im also not sure theres really any way to get rid of them that quickly.

To be honest, they never completely go away, but they do get very light as time goes by.
If it's something you really want to conceal I'd suggest getting some sort of a body concealer, matched to your skin tone.
And Cocoa Butter helps lighten stretch marks.

well u cant get rid of them,
the best you can do right now is to prevent more from growing,
the reason you get them its bc your bones/muscle is growing faster than your skin cells. you can put palmer coco butter lotion, it should prevent them
keep them out of the sun, that only makes them show up more
