I'm doing a project about trade during the Viking era and I need to use a Saga as one of my sources. I have been scouring over a bunch of Sagas and find them really confusing - there is so much emphasis on who is related to whom that I can't really find the information I need. Does anybody know of a Viking Saga that talks about trade?

I recall a passage in Egils saga (the one I wrote my dissertation on) about some trading missions with various social groups. Even if you don't end up with good evidence, Egla is a great saga to read. In addition to Njáls saga. You might also consider Greenlanders saga and Eric the Reds saga about trading with the native Americans (skrælinger)
