I took the SAT Chemistry subject test earlier this year and didn't do as well as I hoped. I'm retaking it in early october, should I wait until my new (hopefully better) scores are in before applying to colleges?

Absolutely! Most people do way better the second time around. In fact, some schools take the "super score" or whatever it is called, the highest score in each category I believe. I would do more research on that, but most definitely.

i imagine that you'll take the SAT on your junior or senior 12 months yet you commence using to faculties on your senior 12 months. you want to deliver the colleges staggering grades and different instructions like honors or AP on your senior 12 months because you'll have a better acceptable and complete transcript.
No need to wait on applying, since colleges don't start reviewing applications until they have everything in already.
