Schedule A delays w/IRS?
Okay I have schedule A on my tax return, i filed on the 16th and it was excepted on the 17th, I looked on the 19th and it said your efile has been accepted and still processing you should recieve it by feb 1st.

IRS has announced it will not accept those returns until Feb. 14(the most recent email I receive from IRS every week)
you may have filed but it will not be processed until the 14th
Unless you are from Alaska, the IRS will sit on the return until 2/14.
The issue is line 5. Most people put either their state income taxes or their sales tax on that line. Only Alaska has neither. If you used line 5, the IRS won't process it.
