Abrahamic God is insecure. She says so herself; remember when she called herself a jealous God? She needs to feel worshiped because when people aren't paying attention to her she gets all huffy and floods the Earth.

Well, you asked "believers" not Christians, so your question is addressing me, and at the same thing has nothing to do with me. I don't believe that the god and goddess figures are omnipotent and omni-everything else (good way to put it), they don't want to be "worshiped," just for people to follow the one law of "harm none," and I don't believe in eternal paradise either.

Yes, I think that the concept of that kind of god is absurd and very anthropomorphic. But hey, as long as they aren't hurting anyone (which many of them are), whatever. I won't complain if someone wants to worship a purple robot alien with green feathers as long as they're not hurting anyone.

Obviously *She* isn't seeking you -- or anyone else -- to be worshipping *Her*!

*Genuine* spontaneously heart-felt love & *appreciation* would be appropriate, tho, to the All She IS for the *fact* of your existence to joy & bliss in all that is most meaningful to you.

Any god (or goddess) *seeking* to be worshipped -- assuming such even *really* exist -- would appear to have a serious inferiority complex. If you are genuinely omni-everything, there is no imaginable reason for *having* an inferiority complex, or to be seeking to be worshipped.

He *knows* he's an usurper -- that he *isn't* the Ultimate Supreme. He knows he can *lose* his position -- because the way he attained it could happen to *him*. So all his words & actions are rooted in that deepest sense of insecurity. Thus he *seeks* to be worshipped.

All words attributed to some "God" *requiring* worship are coming from an *imposter* God who (secretly) *knows* he *isn't* the Ultimate Supreme, at all! The "God" of the Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity & Islam) *is* an imposter "God". He admits he is a "jealous" God -- in the 10 commandments [Ex. 20:2], yet jealousy is not one of the fruits of real Divinity or of the Divine Holy Spirit! (Gal. 5:22)

According to the mythology of Christianity, it is *Satan* who was jealous of "God" --- & rebelled, with 1/3rd of the angels -- & got cast out of Heaven.

Obviously -- due to *still* being "jealous" the fallen "Satan" established religions on earth *claiming* to be THE Almighty God, to receive, on Earth, what he had been unable to receive in "Heaven" -- & thus were born the monotheistic religions on this planet, the religions "of the Book". And "Satan" goes under pseudonyms like "Jehovah," "Yahweh" & "Allah". He's worked a very *effective* deception! At least about 50% of the population on this planet *are* worshipping him -- virtually the *totality* of the membership of Islam, Christianity & Judaism, for starters!

Hey! He *admitted* openly that he's "jealous"! Anyone *stupid* enough to believe a "jealous" entity is the Supreme Divine *deserves* to be deceived -- & be subject to "Satan" in his pseudo-"Heaven" for all Eternity! He *won* the allegiance & worship of those souls fair-&-square -- just by admitting he is "jealous"!

Anyone who knows the True Divine Spirit of LOVE knows that Divine Love is not jealous!

But Satan is not a "Her"! And it *is* mistaken to say that the Ultimate Goddess -- Who is All That Is -- is "jealous" -- for Her Ultimacy is *beyond* jealousy.

But you've got to go to a revelatory text that She actually had a "hand" in writing/inspiring (initially, anyways; the version that survives had some later additions added-on) -- rather than the pseudo-scriptures of the patriarchal religions that have only begotten endless *war* & sectarianism & pseudo-righteous judgment of anyone who doesn't believe as they do.

There is absolutely *no* need for jealousy (or seeking to be worshipped) by *Her* -- since She already *exists* in every aspect of All That IS!

If we removed all that *She IS* from existence, *nothing* would exist, anymore!

However, if we removed the Jewish/ Christian/ Islamic "God" from existence -- since this "God" is viewed as being the "Creator" apart from the "Creation" by his believers -- then the "Creation" would continue to exist. So All-that-IS does not even *need* this so-called "God"; but SHE -- *being* All-That-GENUINELY-Is, the continued existence of Existence, itself, needs *Her*!

this is one question I hhad asked over the years and not have been given a passable answer. the single I have been given: we don't question god's will. that's not for us to do." *make a circle with your hands and thumb,so as that there is a hollow interior the middle and the fingertips and thumb are pointing outward. carry your new layout with your elbow at your hips and circulate the layout returned and forth in a swinging action.* this is my reaction to christians who have confidence that god demands me to worship him. whilst that god proves himself worth to me,and provides me clarification for worship then and in straight forward terms then,will i worship him.

It's not worship that will get us into God's Kingdom, it's the acceptance of the forgiveness He offers us trough the death of Jesus Christ.

If you don't want to be forgiven for your sins and don't want to be with God, then God will fulfill your desires! You have free will!

And by the way, Jesus is worthy of all praises for what He has done.

God is a man! We could never have a lady god, because than who would be doing the dishes and cooking and stuff while I watch NASCAR on the fancy telervision.

From the Christian perspective, it is not that God, being omnipotent, had any need of worship. but rather, worship is meant to be for our own upliftment. when we worship (in Spirit and in truth), we draw ourselves spiritually closer to God, and this is what He desires....that we come closer to him.

That is worship he, not she. We will never know why till we get to heaven and can ask for sure. He is our creator and everyone should love and respect their creator just like your parents.
