I don't have a CR-V, but I have an Accord with Black leather and an Odyssey with Gray leather. I personally prefer black leather because it hides dirt better than the gray leather does. I also prefer black interior over a lighter one, like gray or tan, because the black carpet that comes with it, also hides dirt better. I seem to clean my gray leather more frequently than my black leather... it okay though, leather is very easy to maintain.
